About the event
We all lead extremely busy lives with family, friends and working. At Pendle Therapies we believe that everyone should take a short time out for ourselves, to relax, breathe and re-energise.
We offer a 90 minute Meditation Evening to do just that.
Every Monday at 7pm except Bank Holidays when it's Tuesday
